The historical brand Zanetti Motori was founded in the 60’s in Bologna, Created by an entrepreneurial idea of Augusto Zanetti and established in the national market with the production of two-stroke gasoline engines for small agricultural mechanization and motorcycles. “Zanetti Motori” has been for many years one of the best references in the field of the small agricultural machinery because of reliability and quality of its engines.
During those years, after the postwar period, a small family business known as F.lli Patierno was founded in Apulia offering the bicycles and motorcycles services and rental, but later on started with the assistance and construction service for the agricultural machines.
This change explains the encounter with the reality of “Zanetti Motori”, initially as customers and then as buyers of the brand and the entire production sector.

In 2000s, the second generation of the Patierno founded the brand Prai Srl, an evolution of business passion that aims to continue with the mission of “Zanetti Motori”, and remains in the market of the reliable and competitive engines and machines.
